I Am Throwing All Weight Loss Rules Out The Window_004

In this episode I fill you in on how I lost 30 lbs, of college weight by throwing every single weight loss rule out the window. Instead I followed the rules my own body communicated to me. Each of us is different, from our finger print, to our voice print, to ever our eye print and therefore why should we all be following the same weight loss rules as everyone else? It just doesn't make sense.  Instead we need to listen to our bodies and create our own unique diet for ourselves, Once without restrictions, rules, calorie counting, or "off-limit" foods. 

This is exactly what I did in order to lose the college weight I packed on and didn't want to come off after graduating. Today I can confidently eat and live my life without worrying about breaking my "diet", and it is so freeing!
