My Bell’s Palsy Story

On August 18, 2019 I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, in this episode, I recap everything I’ve done over the past 2 years from the day I left urgent care to now. While my smile is not back 100% the life lessons I have learned, the various healing modalities I have tried, and the numerous amounts of knowledge and tools I have gained along this healing journey have been life-changing.
